A rotary stirling engine is provided to minimize friction loss and make high-speed rotation possible such that the rotary stirling engine operates even if a heat source has the low-temperature. A rotary stirling engine comprises a compressor(1), a regenerator(4) and an expander(6). The compressor, the regenerator and the expander are coupled to a rotor shaft(3) and are installed at a regular interval. When the rotor shaft rotates, an isothermal compression process, an equivalent heating process and an isothermal expansion process are sequentially performed. The rotor shaft includes a compressor rotor(2), a regenerator rotor(5) and an expander rotor(7), which are coupled to the rotor shaft. The compressor is provided at an inside thereof with the compressor rotor, which is offset from an internal surface of the compressor. The compressor rotor includes a plurality of vane slots(8) into which vanes(9) are inserted. |
