An information communication terminal, a mail reading method, and a mail reading program are provided to preview/display a context of mail selected by a cursor as viewing the received mail, thereby simply and easily conducting a mail reading processing function. A receiving unit receives mail. A memory unit(150) stores received mail(151) together with reading/not-reading information indicating whether the corresponding received mail is read. A deciding unit(161) decides whether an overall context of the received mail is displayed on a predetermined display area. If so, an updating unit(162) updates the reading/not-reading information on the received mail into information indicating that the received mail is read. A voice processing unit(130) converts a receiving voice signal, which is outputted from a communication unit(110), from digital to analog format, and then output the converted receiving voice signal to a speaker(132). In addition, the voice processing unit converts a transmitting voice signal, which is outputted form a microphone(131), from analog to digital format, and then outputs the converted transmitting voice signal to the communication unit. |
