A passage structure for improving lubrication of a CVVT journal section is provided to prevent a CVVT function from deteriorating by excluding the use of oil for CVVT control. A passage structure for improving lubrication of a CVVT(Continuously Variable Valve Timing) journal section comprises a cam cap(9) that supports first and second cam shafts. The cam cap includes a first cam journal(10) and a second cam journal(12) formed at a cylinder head. The first cam shaft is mounted at the first cam journal and the second cam shaft is mounted at the second cam journal. The first cam journal is formed with an oil supply hole(17) and a groove(11). A CVVT operating part is formed at the second cam shaft. An oil passage(20) is formed at the cam cap to supply oil, which is supplied from the oil supply hole of the first cam shaft, to the second cam journal.
