A game play device of a communication terminal and a method thereof are provided to generate a dynamic force of a game by using an amount of communication, and to play the game by using the generated dynamic force, thereby inducing activation of communication functions of the communication terminal. An event collector(210) collects events of a communication terminal, and a communication amount converter(220) converts the collected events into an amount of communication. A dynamic force converter(230) converts the converted communication into a dynamic force of a game. A game player(240) plays a game with the converted dynamic force when the game is selected, and reduces the dynamic force by an amount of motion in accordance with game playing. A game display(250) displays the played game.
