A simultaneous in and out antenna and a microphone are provided to simultaneously protrude or insert a microphone and an antenna of a personal mobile apparatus through one-time operational action, thereby promoting safety from electromagnetic waves when a mobile apparatus is used as realizing miniaturization of the mobile apparatus. A circulation band(400) is inserted in "O" shape into upper and lower circulation band fixing bars(410a,410b). A lower end of a bar-type microphone(300) is combined with or fixed to an upper left end of the circulation band. A lower end of a bar-type antenna(200) is combined with or fixed to a lower right end of the circulation band. When being vertically cut in bar shape, a front part is configured as the microphone while a rear part is configured as the antenna in an integrated way.
