A two-line control system of a carbon dioxide gas welder is provided to exhibit a high recognition rate without radio interference even with respect to a remote welder cable in a state that an operation of installing a separate complicated cable per each unit is not performed, remotely control the welder by using the minimum amount of an electric wire only, and control the welder accurately. A two-line control system of a carbon dioxide gas welder comprises: a welder body(10) including a welder body controller and a first power line communication module; a wire feeder(20) having a wire feeding motor, the wire feeder including a wire feeder controller and a second power line communication module; and a welding torch(30) including a welding torch controller and a third power line communication module, wherein the two-line control system carries out a power line communication using a power line(400) supplied to the wire feeding motor, and digitalizes state values collected in the wire feeder and the welding torch to send the digitalized state values to the welder body controller through the power line communication modules, and the welder body controller converts received data into analog signals and transmits the analog signals to the welding torch to control the welding torch.
