<p>The method of electric spot welding for assembling elements of motor-vehicle body, comprises passing an electric current between two electrodes (20, 21) framing the elements to weld and contact with them, and creating a permanent contact zone between the elements around the spot welding by applying a pressure. The contact zone is a sum of multiple permanent contact sectors to configure the zone to be welded, and is created after the step of passing the current.
