A valve with an inlet/outlet port switch and selection function is provided to reduce cost consumed for exchange a water tap or addition of another water tap and to increase service life of a filter. A valve with an inlet/outlet port switch and selection function includes four inlet/outlet parts(A,B,C,D), and an opening/closing device. When the valve is closed, water or various kinds of liquids move to D through C after passing through devices between B and C, not moving from A to D. When the valve is opened, the water or various kinds of liquids directly move from A to D.
