An organic light emitting display and a driving method thereof are provided to generate light of desired brightness by adjusting the voltage value of a first voltage source. An organic light emitting display includes a scan driver, a data driver, pixels, a power supply(60), and a compensator(70). The scan driver is connected to scan lines. The data driver is connected to data lines. The pixels are connected to the scan and data lines and supply current to a second voltage source from a first voltage source through an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode). The power supply generates the first voltage source. When power is supplied to the display device and the pixels are driven at a full white color, the compensator adjusts the voltage value of the first voltage source. The compensator includes a resistor(R), an amplifier(81), a reference voltage generator(83), a comparator(82), a counter signal generator(84), a controller(85), and a DAC(Digital to Analog Converter,86).
