An apparatus for crushing of swarf in a tank entrance is provided to prevent clogging of the guiding chute due to sticking of swarf by crushing swarf flown into a guiding chute for guiding the cleaning solution into a cleaning solution tank such that a cleaning solution supplied onto the surface of a strip can be reused. An apparatus for crushing of swarf in a tank entrance comprises: cleaning equipment for cleaning a surface of a strip; a guiding chute(110) for guiding a cleaning solution and swarf generated in the cleaning equipment; a tank(200) for storing a cleaning solution and swarf discharged through the guiding chute; a pair of rotary rods(310) installed on an end portion of the guiding chute; crushing rods(311) projected from an outer peripheral surface of each of the rotary rods; a drive motor(320) installed on an outer surface of the guiding chute to rotate the rotary rods and connected to one of the rotary rods; and a chain(321) connected to the drive motor to rotate the other rotary rod to which the drive motor is not connected.
