<p>A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to reduce a manufacturing cost by eliminating a dry process. A method for manufacturing a solar cell includes a process for forming a metal pattern for an electrode wiring or a metal layer on a front surface and/or a rear surface of a pn junction mechanism(100). The metal pattern or the metal layer is coated on the pn junction mechanism by using a press roll when the metal pattern or the metal layer faces the pn junction mechanism on a coating mechanism film(300). In the pn junction mechanism, a second conductive type semiconductor substrate is formed on a first conductive type semiconductor substrate. A pn junction is formed at a boundary between the first and second conductive type semiconductor substrates.</p> |
