<p>The process of transforming soft plastic (1) scrap into raw material on textile (2), comprises crushing the material into small fragments, regenerating and thickening the material by successive rises in temperature to coat each fiber fragment by a plastic layer, which insulates the textile, eliminating non-coated fibers by abrasion, reducing granules by cooling, calibrating a regenerated products according to various granulometry, and manufacturing the granules by extrusion, calendering or injecting.</p> |
