Cosmetic eyelash coating composition comprises an aqueous phase, at least a wax and an emulsifying system, where the emulsifying system comprises at least a compound comprising sulfonic acid derivatives and their salts, and sulfuric acid derivatives and their salts, the sulfuric acid derivative comprises at least a fatty hydrocarbonated chain having 14-30 carbon atoms, and the sulfonic acid derivatives or the sulfuric acid derivatives comprises main surfactant system of the composition.
