An operation device for a vehicle air conditioner is provided to transmit the rotary force of a first rotational element to a second one by an eccentric shaft element for operating a manipulation element, and transmit manipulation force uniformly by minimizing friction generated by the transmission of the rotary force, thereby simplifying the rotation structure and making the manipulation smooth. An operation device for a vehicle air conditioner includes a first rotational element(1), a second rotational element(2) connected to the first rotational element to rotate in association with the rotation of the first rotational element, a shaft element(3) positioned in the center of rotation of the first and second rotational elements for connecting the first and second rotational elements together, and a manipulation element(4) connected to the second rotational element to operate to drive the air conditioner by the rotary force received from the second rotational element.
