A curved bottom panel for a prefabricated rectangular water tank is provided to form a reinforcing rib to come into contact with the ground to improve the strength of the curved surface part. A curved bottom panel for a prefabricated rectangular water tank is assembled in the shape of a rectangular box having a bottom, a side wall and a ceiling by assembling plural panels made of an SMC material. A curved bottom panel is disposed and assembled on a corner part or a point part of the prefabricated rectangular water tank, and has a curved portion(111b) to form the corner part and the point part of the rectangular water tank as curved surfaces. In the curved bottom panel, a coupling flange(111c) and a reinforcing rib(111d) protruding to the outer side are formed to come into contact with the ground.
