A transporting unit of a food waste-treating device is provided to transport food waste smoothly and reduce the noise generated during transporting of the food waste, by improving an inner structure of the transporting unit. A case is configured to receive food waste, wherein a bottom surface(30) of the case has a predetermined slope. A transport screw(210) is composed of blades(211,212) and a driving shaft(213) for connecting the blades. The blades have slopes corresponding to the slope of the bottom surface of the case. The transport screw transports the food waste within the case. In the bottom surface of the case, a central portion is higher than a peripheral portion. Further, rubber parts are formed below the blades.
