摘要 A reference point location surveying system for observing the shape change of the earth's surface is provided to check the shape change of the earth's surface in real time by surveying the vertical position change of a reference point disposed at the lower part of a sensing apparatus according to the change of the laser receiving position of the sensing apparatus installed at the upper part of the reference point. In a reference point location surveying system for observing the shape change of the earth's surface, the lower end of a pile(10) is buried under the ground and fixed on the hard ground(1) and the upper end is exposed to the soft ground(2). A main measuring apparatus(20) comprises a first case; a first driving device; a laser generator installed in the first case to move vertically; a second driving device; an inclination measuring device measuring the inclination of the laser generator; an azimuth measuring device measuring the azimuth angle of the laser generator; a control unit; a wireless transceiver; and a coordinate input unit. A sensing apparatus(30) is composed of a second case; a laser receiver receiving a laser output from the laser generator by installing plural PSDs(Position Sensing Device) at a panel; a calculation unit outputting the received light position data by computing the reception position of the laser; and a wireless transmitter outputting the received light position data output from the calculation unit, by wireless. A cleaning apparatus is composed of a water collecting tank; a water feed pipe having a filter and a pump; a spray nozzle installed at the outer sides of the first and second cases of the main measuring apparatus and the sensing apparatus to face light transmitting windows; a pair of guide rails vertically mounted at the outer surfaces of the first and second cases; a wiper contacted with the outer surfaces of the light transmitting windows; a lifting actuator moving up and down the wiper; and a cleaning control unit connected with the lifting actuator and the pump. A wireless terminal receives data output from the transceiver of the main measuring apparatus.
