A rear shelf device for a vehicle is provided to improve convenience of a user and to maximize efficiency of space utilization by keeping shelf trims in respective receiving cases and unfolding selectively if needed. A rear shelf device for a vehicle comprises the followings: a receiving case(10) fixed to a rear seat(2), including a guide groove opened upside; and a shelf trim(20) equipped at the receiving case, stored in the receiving case when inserted to the guide groove, and kept unfolded by the receiving case when pulled out of the guide groove and rotated toward a tail gate.
