A tire heating device in a vehicle is provided to improve brake performance of tires by supplying heat energy to hot-wires in treads of the tires continuously with a self-powered unit which is installable on the tire. A tire heating device in a vehicle comprises hot-wires(2), and a self-powered unit(3). The hot-wire, which is installed in a tread of a tire, converts electric energy into heat energy to heat the tire. The self-powered unit, which is installable on a wheel(4), reciprocates a permanent magnet in a coil by using centrifugal force of the wheel, elasticity of an elastic body, and gravity to generate electric energy. The self-powered unit includes a plurality of generators which are circumferentially separated from one another at regular intervals.
