The shelf (1) has a leaf spring (6) and two edges (3a, 3b) positioned so that a utilization configuration of two panels (2a, 2b) correspond to a stable rectilinear conformation of the spring. Sections of the edges have two stop zones (7a, 7b) being in support against each other to prevent rotation of the panels along a direction (S1) beyond the utilization configuration. The panel rotation is prevented to correspond a retracted configuration of the panels to an unstable curved configuration of the spring, and suppresses support between the zones after rotation along another direction (S2).
