CONCRETE PUMPING PIPE SUPPORTING BRACKET AND PYLON CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME

A concrete pumping pipe supporter and a concrete method of a pylon of a cable stayed bridge using a concrete pumping pipe supporter are provided to replace a process of construction by conveying and placing concrete directly to the construction cross-section by utilizing a method of pumping and placing concrete effectively for construction of a pylon of a cable stayed bridge. A concrete pumping pipe supporter for arranging a concrete pumping pipe in a pylon of a cable stayed bridge comprise a lower support(100) supporting and fixing a concrete pumping pipe bent toward the center of a pylon of a cable stayed bridge and arranged and having anchorage zones(110) to anchor to an internal wall of a pylon of a cable stayed bridge, an upper support(200) supporting and fixing a concrete pumping pipe bent again toward the center of a pylon of a cable stayed bridge and arranged to a concrete placing section, and a connection member(300) connecting the lower support and the upper support. A construction method of a pylon of a cable stayed bridge using a concrete pumping pipe supporter comprises the steps of: constructing a lower structure for a pylon of a cable stayed bridge; installing a concrete pumping pipe supporter; supporting and fixing a concrete pumping pipe to the concrete pumping pipe supporter; placing concrete through the concrete pumping pipe, and curing the concrete; and repeating above mentioned steps to construct to the planned height.
