PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data transmission apparatus which is capable of recording/transmitting received digital data, without converting them, while keeping fidelity thereof with simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the case of fs>fs', the number of samples to be received is more than the number of samples that can be transmitted, so that a sub line processing circuit 21 is provided for data which overflow. The sub line processing circuit 21 transmits data, including data overflowed in a main line processing circuit 20, while allocating the data, to a plurality of lines under control with a flag.
