PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a cylinder side stopper operating in the direction for rising operation, that is for releasing a stopper, regardless of the connecting state of a rail, when a cylinder erroneously operates, in a stopper operation device arranged when connecting the rail. SOLUTION: This stopper operation device has a first push rod 13 provided on a first rail, opposing the first rail and second rail and advancing and retreating to the second rail side when a traveling carriage becomes a position transferable on both rails, and a first passive rod 19 provided on the second rail and moving by following advancing operation of the first push rod 13, and is constituted so that a first rod 19 is push-moved by the advancing operation of the first push rod 13, and operates a second stopper 40b provided on the second rail by a running-away prevention releasing position via a second push rod provided on the second rail, and the second push rod simultaneously push-moves the second passive rod 25, and operates a first stopper 40a to the running-away prevention releasing position via the second passive rod 25.
