PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse access dynamically, concerning a server device for providing a content to Web site. SOLUTION: This server device 4 for receiving each access from a plurality of client devices 61, 62, 63, ..., 6N, and responding to each access is equipped with a processing part (a CPU 10 or the like) for monitoring each access from the client devices, and generating the second content related with the first content, relative to the first content into which each access is concentrated when each access is concentrated.
