A thermoelectric element module used for an auxiliary heating/cooling device in a vehicle is provided to decrease load of an electric system for the vehicle and to increase durability of the electric system by controlling the thermoelectric element module through a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) scheme. A thermoelectric element module for an auxiliary heating/cooling device in a vehicle comprises a plurality of thermoelectric element modules(30a,30b,30c) which are serially connected to each other and a control unit for linearly controlling the thermoelectric element module by varying electric current values. The control unit supplies the thermoelectric element module(30) with electric current or voltage generated according to an operation of a PWM controller(50). Switching elements are turned on/off to control a frequency band when constant DC voltage is applied from a battery(60).
