SERIAL DATA TRANSMISSION DEVICE USING MAGNETIC COUPLING OF INDUCTOR PAIR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed serial data transmission device capable of lowering power consumption and reducing EMI at the same time.

SOLUTION: The serial data transmission device 1 is constituted by providing a first semiconductor integrated circuit 10 having a transmitting circuit 11 in a first semiconductor chip and a second semiconductor integrated circuit 20 having a receiving circuit 21 in a second semiconductor chip and interconnecting the first semiconductor circuit 10 and second semiconductor integrated circuit 20 through a transmission line 3, where the transmission circuit 11 and transmission line 3 are connected to each other in a non-contact state through electromagnetic coupling of a pair of transmission-side inductors 12 and 13 and the receiving circuit 21 and transmission line 3 are connected to each other in a non-contact state through electromagnetic coupling of a pair of reception-side inductors 22 and 23.
