PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of circuits in a circuit in which two or more capacitors are connected in series. SOLUTION: A capacitor control device includes a unit capacitor line in which two or more capacitors are connected in series and divided into some unit; a basic breakdown voltage circuit connected to the highest positive terminal and the lowest negative terminal of the unit capacitor line; and a low breakdown voltage circuit having lower breakdown voltage than the basic breakdown voltage circuit, and the basic breakdown voltage circuit has a basic breakdown voltage differential amplifier, and the basic breakdown voltage differential amplifier converts the voltage of each capacitor on the basis of the lowest negative terminal of the unit capacitor line, and inputs the converted voltage in the low breakdown voltage circuit.
