PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient manufacturing method for a single cell which assures easy change of terminal positions. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a single cell having electrode plates 16 and 17 forms strip portions 16b, 17d, 17e by mounting slits 16a, 17a, 17b on the electrode plates and forms terminal portions 16c and 17c by swiveling the strip portions.
