PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic contactor for adjustment capable of preventing an accident even if an internal relay circuit fails. SOLUTION: Relay circuits 201 and 202 are turned on in a normal time. Relay circuits 203 and 204 are turned off, so that current flows through an electron type watt-hour meter 300 and hence measurement is performed. While, relay circuits 201 and 202 are turned off and relay circuits 203 and 204 are turned on according to a measurement stop command, so that current flows via a short-circuit path and hence the current does not flow into the electron type watt-hour meter 300. Therefore, the measurement is stopped. Even if the relay circuits 201 to 204 fail, a diode section DU1 is formed between a terminal T8 and terminal T11 and hence a closed circuit is formed via the diode section DU1.
