PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breathing program, a recording medium, and an apparatus for breath determination capable of easily detecting a breathing condition like Cheyne-Stokes breathing. SOLUTION: In a step 100, a personal computer 85 reads in breathing signals (breathing data) from a breath monitoring unit 5 via a data collecting unit 35. In a step 110, the maximum value and the minimum value of peaks of a waveform are obtained from the waveform obtained from the breathing data to calculate the maximum amplitude from the difference thereof. In a step 120, the whole waveform is calculated and adjusted such that the amplitude of the maximum value and the minimum value becomes 2,000. In a step 130, it is determined whether or not 90% or more of points of respective plotted peaks are in a predetermined eyewear waveform range set in advance. In a step 140, it is determined that there is an eyewear-shaped waveform (that is, the breathing like the Cheyne-Stokes breathing) to inform an operator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
