AN OUTLET-GUIDE APPARATUS AND AIR-CONDITIONER EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME

An exhaust guiding apparatus and an air conditioner equipped with the same are provided to adjust an effective area of an exhaust port formed in a cabinet by allowing a second guide member installed in a first guide member to move up and down. An air conditioner comprises a cabinet(11) having an opened front surface and an exhaust port(16), a front panel(12) fixed to the front surface of the cabinet, a heat exchanger(21) interposed between the cabinet and the front panel, blower fans(26) disposed at left and right sides of the cabinet, and an exhaust guiding apparatus(30). The exhaust guiding apparatus includes a first guide member(31) mounted on the cabinet to guide the air exhausted through the exhaust port, and a second guide member(33) which moves from the first guide member to the exhaust port to adjust an effective area of the exhaust port.
