DNA MICRO ARRAY DATA PROCESSING METHOD, PROCESSING DEVICE, AND PROCESSING PROGRAM

It is possible to provide a method for rapidly standardizing DNA micro array data by using a simple calculation. The method includes: a step of rearranging data sets obtained from one DNA micro array (i.e., a plenty of hybridized data) in a descending order so s to decide the data rank; a step of inputting a rank of certain data into an inverse function of a standard normal cumulative distribution function and outputting a predicted value after standardization of the data; and a step of replacing the data with the predicted value.
