An organic light emitting diode display device and a fabrication method for the same are provided to supply power voltage to pixels without a separate voltage control device by connecting a secondary battery as a self-power supply to a power voltage supply line to apply the power voltage of the secondary battery to the pixels. An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate(200), a secondary battery, a first insulating film(240), a display panel, and a power voltage supply line(268). The substrate has a pixel region(A) and a wiring region(B). The secondary battery is arranged on the substrate and has a first electrode layer(210), an electrolyte layer(220), and a second electrode layer(230). The first insulating film is arranged on the secondary battery. The display panel is arranged on the first insulating film of the pixel region and has one or a plurality of pixels. The power voltage supply line is arranged on the first insulating film of the wiring region to supply power voltage to the display panel and connected to the secondary battery.
