PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element mounted component in which light propagation loss is reduced, an optical circuit substrate for mounting an optical element in which the optical element is accurately positioned and a component for mounting an optical element.

SOLUTION: The optical element mounted component is composed by including the optical elements 901', 901"; an optical circuit substrate 106 comprising an optical waveguide layer having a core part and a clad part; and a wiring component 601' furnished with a mounting part for mounting the optical elements. The optical element mounted component is further provided with a receptor structure having a conductive body part with which the conductive member of the optical elements and the conductive member of the optical element mounting part of the wiring component are electrically conducted.
