PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board connection structure capable of reducing costs by connecting a circuit board using a waste substrate and plated wires without use of a high cost wiring material, such as lead wires and cable wires, and preventing the plated wires from contacting each other by devising combination of boards to be connected having recess and protrusion. SOLUTION: First connection boards 2, 2 are standingly provided on circuit boards 1, 1. Recessed portions 2a, 2a are formed on the centers of the tops of the first connection boards 2, 2. A second circuit board 3 having projection portions 3a, 3a on the centers of tops thereof, which fit into the recessed portions 2a, 2a of the first connection boards 2, 2, is placed on the first connection boards. The first connection boards 2, 2 and the second connection board 3 are electrically connected by providing plated wires 4 on upward projection portions 2b, 2b on both sides of the recessed portions 2a, 2a. Thus, the circuit boards 1, 1 are electrically connected thorough the plated wires 4 that are provided on the first connection boards 2, 2 and second connection board 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
