PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatsink capable of acquiring satisfactory heat radiation effect in suppressing its manufacturing cost even though a heating value is increased owing to an increased higher function of a radio performance of a base station device for an outdoor installation, to provide a base station device using the heatsink, and to provide a method for manufacturing the base station device. SOLUTION: The heatsink 1 fixed on the surface of a housing 11 having a heat generating member inside comprises a fixing part 2 in approximately parallel with the surface of the housing 11, and a main fin 3 extending so as to be approximately erected from the fixing part 2.
