PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data from being erroneously transmitted by quickly and easily designating the other party desired by a user and quickly and surely repeating confirmation of the designated other party information in communication equipment for performing various types of data transmission. SOLUTION: The communication equipment comprises: a destination list preparing part 201 for inputting destination information in accordance with a prescribed operation and preparing a destination list; a destination list printing part 203 for outputting a destination list on the basis of the prepared one, two or more pieces of destination information; a scanning part 40 for extracting description information of the destination list by reading the destination list; and a FAX transmitting part 302 for executing data transmission processing to a corresponding destination in extracting prescribed confirmation information.
