PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device for integrating the gas flow consumption of every gas instrument connected to the flow path. SOLUTION: The flow measuring device is provided with an integration means 9 for successively integrating every flow section by dividing the instant flow measured by the flow measuring device 7 (instant flow measuring means), capable of integrating for every successive determined flow section and also capable of managing the gas flow consumption of the gas instrument corresponding to the flow management of the gas flow consumption and use of the gas instrument.
