SCINTILLATOR PLATE, SCINTILLATOR PANEL, AND RADIATION FLAT-PANEL DETECTOR USING THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator plate and a scintillator panel which are excellent in productive appropriateness, has high light-emission retrieval efficiency and sharpness of a scintillator and involves less degradation in the sharpness between the surfaces of flat light receiving elements and a radiation flat-panel detector using the scintillator plate and the scintillator panel. SOLUTION: The scintillator panel 1a is composed of the scintillator plate 101 formed by placing a corrosionproof reflective layer 101c and a scintillator layer 101b on a heat-resistant resin substrate 101a, a first protective film 102a and a second protective film 102b sealed by a sealing section 103. Since a cavity section 108 is formed all over the scintillator layer 101b, the layer 101b is not substantially adhered to the first protective film 102a. When the scintillator panel 1a is utilized as a component of the radiation flat-panel detector, the scintillator plate 101 can be used without being adhered to the surface of the flat light receiving elements physicochemically.
