PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powdering equipment which is capable of efficiently powdering an object and to provide a method. SOLUTION: The powdering equipment is provided with a tubular vessel 10 which extends horizontally, a rotary shaft 20 arranged along the shaft of the tubular vessel 10, a plurality of rods 30 set in parallel with the rotary shaft 20 at the near position to the inner wall of the tubular vessel 10, which is separated from the rotary shaft 20, a rod fixing member 40 to fix a plurality of rods 30 to the rotary shaft 20 and a blow member 50 installed at each rod 30.
