PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning implement which can be produced by a simple method and can be used for a cleaning device for removing dust stuck to a surface to be cleaned or a floor suction tool of a vacuum cleaner as well, and to provide an air conditioner which can be used in a state without the clogging of an air filter over a long period of time since the dust stuck to the air filter of the air conditioner can be efficiently and surely removed. SOLUTION: A twisted brush is freely rotatably attached to a device and is formed by a simple method since it is formed by holding and twisting a brush bristle material for which a long fiber bundle is bent in a meandering shape and connected in a strip shape using at least one temporary fixing thread between a plurality of rod members.
