The arrangement has electrode wires (2) that are stretched in a desired position distribution and within a cylinder (3), or in other suitable form. A runner material is mechanically stabilized and is electrically insulated to a sleeve. Disks are provided for mechanically fixing and stabilizing the electrode wires. The runner material at the upper surface of the disk is cut at a predetermined depth, and the cut portion is removed. The diameter of the sleeve is adjusted to the standards of microelectronic technologies. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining electro chemical potential of a probe.
