The arrangement has sensors (MIK,KAM,SE) for monitoring a passenger cell (FGZ) of a vehicle (FZ). A communication device (FSE) for transmitting the passenger cell specific information depending on sensor signals (SA1,SA2,SA3) of sensor. A portable user identification device (BIV) is provided with another communication device (BSE) for receiving the passenger cell specific information. A releasing device (LS,VB,LQ,DSP) for releasing the output signals (AI) depending on the passenger cell specific information. An independent claim is also included for a method for monitoring a vehicle.
