A door lock device is provided to minimize casualties in an emergency state by releasing locking of a door only by rotating a handle and to reduce power consumption by using a motor with a low output. In a door lock device, a housing(10) is installed at a door. A dead bolt(20) is mounted at the housing to move straight in the projection and insertion directions for the housing and lock and unlock the door. The dead bolt is elastically biased in the projection direction for the housing. An intermediate member(30) is installed in the housing and fixed to the dead bolt to move straight together with the dead bolt when the dead bolt moves straight. A rotating member(50) is rotatably combined to the housing and elastically biased to rotate in the opposite direction of one direction. The rotating member has a press unit(503) for pressing the intermediate member so that the dead bolt is moved into the housing, when the rotating member rotates in one direction. A rotation driving unit rotates the rotating member in one direction.
