PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the task of a whole organization while securing the security of an information system.

SOLUTION: A security management server 10 for managing resources in a task system is provided with a log-in user authority data generation part 103 for generating a log-in user authority data DC showing the authority of a user relating to the use of resources on the basis of the content of an event relating to security which has been caused by a user in the past or has arisen in the user; and a log-in user authority data transmission part 104 for transmitting the log-in user authority data DC to each device having the resources in order to restrict the use of the resources by the user on the basis of the generated log-in user authority data DC.
