<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap capable of easily performing the operation of setting a cap at the semi-closed position and the fully-closed position in one action using a single hand, and having the excellent operability and reliability of the semi-closed condition. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge cap is composed of a container lid body 13 provided with a neck portion 12 and fitted to a container opening part, and an upper lid 15 connected to the container lid body via a hinge part 14 in an opening/closing manner. The upper lid is composed of a to plate part 15c and a skirt part 16 hanging from a peripheral edge of the top plate part, and an inner ring part 15a hanging from the inner surface of the top plate part for sealing the neck portion. A locking part 18 for full closing is provided at the lower part of the outer circumferential wall of the neck portion, and a locking part 19 for semi closing is provided on the outer circumferential wall above the locking part for full closing. When locking a locking part 17 provided at a part of the lower end side of the inner wall of the skirt part of the upper lid to the locking part for full closing, the ventilated state from the neck portion to the outside is blocked, and when locking the locking part to the locking part for semi locking, the ventilated state from the neck portion to the outside is kept. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
