PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program and an image processing apparatus that can acquire an optimum filtering pattern in a short time and efficiently. SOLUTION: A mutation part 118 is configured to perform a mutation operation using a 90% or higher mutation rate of genes representing image filter combination patterns if a fitness evaluated by a fitness evaluation part 117 is 50% or lower, or using a 30% or lower mutation rate if the fitness is 80% or higher. Thus, a desired result can be obtained in a short time and efficiently without resulting in a local solution, which is a shortcoming of a genetic algorithm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
