PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a case body to a plate body by caulking without causing any looseness. SOLUTION: A protruding piece 15e for protruding toward a cylinder hole direction is formed in a cylinder-like cover body 15 of a predetermined plate thickness. By caulking after the protruding piece 15e is provided through a mounting hole 17b for caulking formed in a base plate 17 and two tooth tips 22 are put up to a through end part 15f provided from the mounting hole 17b for caulking of the protruding piece 15e at a predetermined inclination angle θ for the longitudinal direction L of the through end part 15f, a deformation part 15i due to deformation of the through end part 15f is locked to a hole edge of the mounting hole 17b at least in the diagonal direction.
