The lock has a pivotal locking arrangement (1) provided with a central locking drive (6) having a drive motor (7) and an actuator (8) connected to the drive motor. The drive motor is coupled with the actuator by a bowden cable (9) in a drive-technical manner. A coupling arrangement (2) is in direct contact with the actuator in a drive-technical manner and a locking arrangement (4) is in direct contact with the cable. The coupling arrangement and the locking drive are brought into a locked condition and an unlocked condition by the drive motor.
