MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ALUMINIUM CONTROL ARM WITH BALL JOINT SOCKET

A method for manufacturing an aluminum control arm integrated with a ball joint socket is provided to prevent damage to a cocking part of a ball joint socket by increasing elongation rate of the ball joint socket. A method for manufacturing an aluminum control arm integrated with a ball joint socket comprises the steps of: manufacturing an intermediate product integrated with a body and a ball joint socket by the casting; partially heating the ball joint socket of the intermediate product for the forging; and forging the ball joint socket of the intermediate product. The partially forging step executes a partially forging process and a trimming process for the intermediate product.
